1. Consultation
During our initial consultation we get to know your lifestyle - helping you craft the ideal garments for you. By delving into your work, social, and travel habits, we can start to understand how to create a style image that will make you feel more confident in your daily life and any circumstance.
Here we start to build garments, or an entire wardrobe, selecting fabrics, customizing each individual product to your liking.
Consultation can be held at our showroom, at your home or at your office.
2. Measurements
Following the consultation, we begin to work on the fit of your garments. We take over 30 different body measurements by hand. No fancy laser machines or apps. We delve into your wear preferences, such as the tightness or looseness of your garments, sleeve length, jacket length and so on.
Every little detail such as shoulder slope, posture, seat protrusion, and calf size are all taken into account, to make sure that your garments are truly made for you.
3. Baste Fitting
When ordering multiple garments, we will conduct a baste fitting for suits, jackets, trousers and shirts approximately 2-3 weeks after the initial consultation.
We do not like to alter your final garments (if we can help it). Here we adjust any fit issues before your garments are crafted. You can also get an idea for how they will fit and move, and provide any fit feedback based on your preferences.
4. Final Fitting
Three weeks after the baste fitting, your final garments are ready! We conduct a final fitting to make sure everything is to your liking. Fabrics have varying properties, behaving differently on the body. Any final alterations that are needed we will take care of for you. More than 90% of our garments are ready for you to take after the final fitting.
Here we also like to walk through how you should pair your garments. Making sure that each time you get dressed, it is with a purpose.
5. Show Off
Now you are ready to power through a board meeting with confidence, head out on the town, or jet off on your vacation. Having a wardrobe that was specifically designed and crafted for you does not just feel different when you are wearing it, but you will notice the people around you appreciate your newfound appearance. So get out there and show off!
6. Future Orders
All your measurements and patterns are kept on hand. There is no need to meet in person for repeat orders, although we love to see all our clients in person! Future consultations can be done over Zoom, FaceTime, email or text message and garments can be sent directly to your door within 3 weeks!
