About us and how we got here

Charles Paige Atelier was founded by Samantha Leder and Lewis Malivanek in 2019 in New York with the goal of perfecting a niche of the fashion industry in custom and bespoke clothing. They have a combined 15 years experience in this corner of the market, a passion of which they both share.

Born in New York City, Samantha has over 10 years of experience in men’s and women’s fashion and interior design, having a sharp eye for all things luxurious. Samantha puts her client’s minds at ease by making the burden of shopping a pleasure. By delving into the day to day lifestyle of the client, she is able to flawlessly curate a quintessential wardrobe for each individual.

Originally from Sydney, Australia, Lewis initially chased a career in banking before the global financial crisis steered him into clothing design and manufacturing. He most recently served as the Creative Director at custom menswear brand Knot Standard for eight years.
