Our Process

Charles Paige Atelier specializes in men’s and women’s custom clothing, including tailoring, denim and knitwear. Our bespoke approach ensures a personalized experience tailored to your style and preferences. Learn more about our meticulous process.

Delivery Time

Timelines vary by product, but we generally quote a six-week delivery period for all custom and bespoke garments.

For those with time-sensitive needs, we offer a rush service for select items, reducing delivery time to 3–4 weeks for an additional fee. Availability varies by product, and our Stylists are happy to discuss expedited options to accommodate your specific requirements.

Fit & Alterations

During your fitting, your Stylist will collaborate with you to ensure a flawless fit. If any adjustments are required, they will be completed at no additional cost within approximately one week. In rare cases where a garment cannot be adjusted to perfection, we will remake it—again, at no cost to you.

Charles Paige Atelier covers complimentary alterations for up to three months after delivery. Beyond this period, any modifications will be charged at cost price.”

Personal Shopping

While we craft a wide range of bespoke garments, we understand that a complete look extends beyond clothing. Our team is pleased to assist in curating accessories, footwear, and other finishing touches to complement your wardrobe. Any non-Charles Paige products will incur a 10% personal shopping surcharge.

Returns

Due to the highly personalized nature of our custom garments, all sales are final. However, our commitment to exceptional quality and service means your satisfaction is paramount. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to your Stylist, and we will address them on a case-by-case basis.

For ready-to-wear purchases, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for a full refund with the garment unworn and originally intact.

Payments

Body: Payment for your order must be made at the time of your initial appointment. For orders over $10,000 we are happy to accept a 50% deposit at your first appointment and then the remaining 50% on the delivery of your garments.

Charles Paige Atelier accepts all major credit cards, wire transfer and cash.
